Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Badabiz customer account and what happens to your data afterwards, for anyone who wants to know before installing the app, or who no longer has it installed.

Customer accounts exist only in the app

Badabiz customers sign in and shop entirely through the Badabiz mobile app — there is no website login for a customer account, and deletion cannot be requested through a form on this site. To delete your account, you need the app itself.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Badabiz app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. You can optionally tell us why.

What happens when you delete your account

• You are signed out immediately, on every device.
• You will not be able to sign back in with that phone number.
• The shops you have bought from keep your order history, invoices, and related records — this is required by Indian tax and consumer-protection law, and applies regardless of your account's status.
• Your account is not used for anything further once deletion is requested.

If you can no longer access the app

If you have lost access to your phone number or the app and still want your account deleted, contact our Grievance Officer using the details published in the footer below, and we will action the request on your behalf.
